New coffee from birth place of coffee – Ethiopia. This is an Anaerobic Fermented coffee, dried naturally.

Amazing fruitiness and sweet juiciness. Not too over powering flavours as expected from Anaerobic Fermentation. Very nice balance of ripe fruits and acidity. Notes of melon, strawberries, mango (perhaps banana as well), comes out stronger as the coffee cools.
