“I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.”

Michelangelo

Each coffee has its own flavours and taste that is encapsulated in its seeds or beans. We as roaster, not only try to turn coffee from green to brown, but it is also our job to try to bring out what each coffee bean has best to offer. When we apply heat to the coffee beans, chemical reactions take place and hundreds of flavours are released. How these flavours are accentuated through the art of roasting is what makes a good coffee taste really great.
